Suporly Rules
A place where everyone has a place.
Suporly is built around a simple idea: people should be able to participate, share ideas and have conversations without being harassed, humiliated or intentionally made uncomfortable.
These rules apply to all users, conversations, comments, profiles, messages, uploaded content, links and other activity on Suporly.
Be respectful

What you cannot do is turn a disagreement into a personal attack.
Do not:
- Insult other users.
- Humiliate or embarrass people.
- Call someone stupid, worthless, inferior or similar.
- Deliberately provoke another user.
- Mock someone because of their opinion.
- Attack someone personally during an argument.

- Encourage others to attack or harass someone.
- Repeatedly target the same person.
- Use degrading or demeaning language toward another person.
Do not bully or threaten others
Suporly has zero tolerance for serious harassment.

Respect different opinions
People will disagree.
That is normal.
You are welcome to explain why you disagree, provide evidence, challenge an argument or express a different opinion.
You are not allowed to use disagreement as an excuse to demean another person.
No discrimination or hateful content
Do not attack, demean or discriminate against people because of characteristics such as their:
- Race or ethnicity
- Nationality
- Gender
- Disability
- Appearance
- Age
- Background
- Or other personal characteristics
Hateful, discriminatory or dehumanizing content is not permitted.
Stay on topic
Conversations should remain relevant to their category and subject.
Do not intentionally derail conversations with unrelated content.
Repeatedly posting unrelated material in a conversation simply to disrupt it may be considered spam or disruption.
No spam
Do not flood Suporly with repetitive or meaningless content.
- Repeating the same post or comment.
- Posting excessive amounts of content in a short period.
- Repeatedly sending the same message.
- Deliberately filling conversations with meaningless content.
- Creating multiple accounts or posts to bypass limits.
- Artificially attempting to increase engagement.
Suporly should remain readable and useful for everyone.
No unsolicited advertising or self-promotion
Suporly is not a place for unsolicited advertising.
Do not use conversations or comments primarily to:
- Advertise a product or service.
- Promote a business.
- Promote your own website.
- Promote your social media.
- Promote your channel.
- Promote your game or project.
- Repeatedly direct users toward another platform.
Legitimate sharing may sometimes be allowed when it is genuinely relevant to the conversation, but using Suporly primarily as a marketing platform is not allowed.
Do not manipulate other users
Do not deliberately manipulate, deceive or pressure people into doing something that is against their interests.
- Deceptive instructions.
- Manipulative links.
- Fake claims intended to influence someone's decision.
- Deliberately misleading users.
- Pretending something is official when it is not.
- Using fear or pressure to force someone to act.
- Social engineering.
If your goal is to trick another user rather than have an honest conversation, your content may be removed.

Do not share personal information belonging to yourself or someone else when doing so could put someone at risk.
Do not post:
- Home addresses.
- Phone numbers.
- Private email addresses.
- Passwords.
- Authentication information.
- Private conversations without appropriate permission.
- Financial information.
- Other sensitive personal information.
Never use Suporly to expose another person's private information.

- Steal accounts.
- Obtain passwords.
- Trick users into giving you money.
- Impersonate another person.
- Create fraudulent offers.
- Distribute phishing attempts.
- Misrepresent yourself for personal gain.
- Trick users into revealing private information.
External links and content
External links and uploaded content may be subject to moderation.
Content containing a link or image may be placed into moderation review before becoming publicly visible.
This allows Suporly to check potentially unsafe, inappropriate or suspicious material.
Content may also be placed into moderation when automated systems or moderators determine that it appears suspicious or potentially harmful.
No adult or excessively offensive content
Suporly is not intended for explicit adult content.
- Pornographic content.
- Explicit sexual material.
- Extremely graphic material.
- Content intended primarily to shock or disgust others.
- Sexually explicit conversations or media.
Content may be removed when it is considered inappropriate for the Suporly community.
Do not attack Suporly itself
Do not intentionally attempt to damage, disrupt, manipulate or compromise Suporly.
- Hacking.
- Attempting to bypass security.

- Creating content specifically designed to damage the platform.
- Circumventing technical restrictions.
Moderation
Suporly uses moderation to keep the platform safe and welcoming.
Moderation may be performed by automated systems, moderators or both.
Suporly may take action when content clearly violates these rules even if the exact behavior is not explicitly listed as an example.
Attempting to exploit a technical or linguistic loophole in these rules does not make prohibited behavior acceptable.
Warnings
Not every rule violation results in an immediate ban.
For less severe violations, Suporly may issue a Warning.
- Is added to the user's account.
- Remains for 3 months.
- Cannot be appealed.
- May be publicly represented by a Warning badge.
- Does not prevent the user from normally using Suporly.
The purpose of a warning is to make it clear that the user's behavior crossed a boundary and that future behavior needs to improve.
Suspensions and Permanent Bans
The length and severity of moderation action depends on the circumstances.
A serious violation may result in an immediate suspension or permanent ban without a warning.
Examples include:
- Serious harassment.
- Threats.
- Targeted cyberbullying.
- Serious hateful conduct.
- Deliberate scams.
- Account theft.
- Malicious manipulation.
- Attempts to compromise Suporly.
- Attempts to destroy or disrupt Suporly.
- Circumventing moderation or bans.
- Repeated violations.
- Deliberately exploiting loopholes in the rules.
Depending on the severity, a suspension may last 6 months, or an account may be permanently banned.
Suporly reserves the right to determine the appropriate moderation action based on the circumstances of each case.
Ban Circumvention
If your account has been banned, you may not attempt to return to Suporly by circumventing the ban.
This includes creating or using another account for the purpose of bypassing a restriction.
Attempts to evade moderation may result in additional restrictions.
Moderation Decisions
Moderation decisions are made to protect the community.
Suporly may consider:
- The content itself.
- The context.
- Previous violations.
- The severity of the behavior.
- Whether the behavior was intentional.
- Whether the user attempted to evade moderation.
- Whether other users were targeted.
- Whether the behavior caused or could cause harm.
Suporly does not need to wait for a user to repeatedly violate the same rule before taking action.
Verified Badge
What is the Verified Badge?
The Verified badge indicates that Suporly has verified an account according to its verification requirements.
A user may apply for verification when they meet the requirements.
- No previous rule violations during the user's Suporly account history.
- The account belongs to a genuine human.
- A legitimate and sufficiently strong reason for verification.
Alternatively, users with at least 100,000 followers or subscribers on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Twitch may qualify for consideration.
Meeting the follower requirement does not automatically guarantee verification.
Can the badge be removed?
Yes.
- The user violates Suporly's rules.
- The user obtained verification through deception.
- The user falsely represented themselves during the verification process.
- Suporly determines that the verification should no longer remain active.
Can I get it back?
A removed Verified badge is not automatically restored.
Suporly may permanently revoke verification eligibility depending on the circumstances.
MOD Badge
What is the MOD badge?
The MOD badge identifies members of the Suporly moderation team.
Moderators may have permissions to:
- Review content.
- Approve content.
- Remove content.
- Review reports.
- Manage conversations and comments.
- Enforce Suporly's rules.
- Help maintain a safe and welcoming community.
Can I become a moderator?
Potential moderators may apply.
- Be a genuine human.
- Have no rule violations.
- Have a Discord account for moderator communication.
- Understand that the position is voluntary and unpaid.
- Be able to contribute approximately 5 hours per week.
Meeting these requirements does not guarantee acceptance.
Can I lose the MOD badge?
Yes.
- Violates Suporly rules.
- Misuses moderator permissions.
- Becomes inactive.
- Fails to meet the responsibilities of the role.
- Abuses their position.
- Loses the trust required to moderate the community.
Can I become a moderator again?
Possibly.
If moderation status was removed because of temporary circumstances such as inactivity or lack of availability, the user may apply again.
However, users who lose moderator status because of serious misconduct may become permanently ineligible.
Rule Enforcement
Suporly's rules are intended to protect the community, not to create a game of finding loopholes.
Suporly may take action against behavior that:
- Circumvents the purpose of a rule.
- Deliberately exploits loopholes.
- Attempts to undermine moderation.
- Creates a harmful environment.
- Puts other users or the platform at risk.
Our Goal
Suporly exists because we believe the internet can be a better place.
We want people to be able to come here when they are:
- Curious.
- Excited.
- Creative.
- Confused.
- Happy.
- Learning.
- Looking for help.
- Looking for conversation.
That does not mean everyone has to agree.
It means that everyone is expected to treat other people as people.
If you cannot disagree without insulting others, if you cannot participate without putting people down, or if your primary goal is to cause harm or disruption, Suporly may simply not be the right community for you.
